ArrestAir-Pro Kits General Information

All kits conform to the requirements of BS 5400 Part 2:2000 and have been independently tested by Advantica or BRE for equivalent free area.

Applications Include:
Gas / Oil - boiler venting, gas fire venting (including flueless) and solid fuel venting
Oil - Burning & Sold Fuel appliances with an output up to 45kW
Oil Burning Appliance - A permanent air entry opening with a total free area of at least 550mm2 /kW of appliance rated output
Solid Fuel Burning Open - A permanent air entry opening or openings with a total free area of at least 5,500mm2 or 50% of the appliance throat opening (whichever is the greater). (Note - if a boiler damper is fitted, the area should be measured with the damper closed).
Other Solid Fuel Appliance - A permanent air entry opening or openings with a total free area equal to at least the combined areas of the primary and secondary air inlets to the appliances.
