Should the property requiring a PosiMaster - Roof be what is termed 'tight', i.e. no existing trickle vents in the windows, wall vents & concrete floors then we recommend the additional fitting of Passyfier Vent Kits, the minimum of 2 No. or more depending on the size and number of rooms. See Passyfier Vent.

• 12V transformer pre-wired & cabled to motor
• Motor (thermally protected) = 7 Watts, which equates to a running cost of 2.5p* per day on fan setting 1
• A 3 amp fuse is required at the time of installation to protect the motor
• Normally the motor is connected to the permanent live of the lighting circuit via a fused spur or a plug is fitted for an existing socket outlet
